Both Schultz may refer to Gunther Schultz or Gunther Schultz II, father and son respectively. Both were famous tacticians.

Gunther Schultz - Strategist that led Bastok to victory during the Second Battle of Konschtat and (co-)authored the original School of Martial Theory.

Gunther Schultz II - Converted the School of Martial Theory into a magical tome which the Scholar job is based on.
