Walkthrough
- Speak to Keshab-Menjab.
- Head to Bibiki Bay - Purgonorgo Isle and fish up a Lancet Jagil.
- Lancet Jagil seems to like Minnows as bait, but other baits may work as well.
- Defeat Lancet Jagil to obtain a Clean Snap Rod.
- Return the rod to Keshab-Menjab to complete the quest.
