Notes
- Deals an instant attack on the enemy that lowers magic resistance by an unknown amount but deals no damage.
- Applies a stackable debuff, Weakened Daze up to 5 times (indicated by a level).
- No Finishing moves are awarded if Stutter Step misses the target.
- Can be absorbed by shadows.
- Grants 2 Finishing move normally.
- Grants only 1 Finishing move if the target is already afflicted with Weakened Daze (lv.5).
