Spell Interruption Rate

Spell interruption rate down is a merit category available to all jobs. Each increase to this merit category will grant you a 1% spell interruption rate down, for a total of 4%. It costs 10 merits to fully upgrade (1>2>3>4).
This is very popular among career casters and some tanks.
