- Obtain a Rampaging Horn and a Lumbering Horn.
- Lumbering Horn obtainable via the following means:

- Slay Bloodtear Baldurf La Theine Plateau
- BCNM Today's Horoscope Horlais Peak
- Rampaging Horn obtainable via the following means:
- Trade both items to Paujean to complete quest.
