Walkthrough
Speak to Luto for a cutscene that begins the quest. She will ask you to retrieve a book from the Optistery.
Go to Windurst Waters and speak to Tosuka-Porika at (F-8) (North map) for a brief cutscene.
In the cutscene you will be requested to gather the following foods.

|
Trade those six foods to Tosuka-Porika for a cutscene and to receive a key item. Return to Upper Jeuno and speak to Luto for a cutscene. Go to (J-8) Port Jeuno and speak to Khumo Daramasteh for a cutscene that completes the quest.
